The app has been tailored for iPhones, Blackberries and Android mobile devices, and is currently used in US cities including New York, Boston, Los Angeles and San Francisco. the Local Government Association said that mobile apps and other technologies saved councils £230m in 2009, savings they suggested would increase as more technology becomes available. the criticism point is "why did they build an app for a phone most of your customers probably won't have?" It s a good question.
